Hubspace Office Fitout - Office Building // Mudgee NSW

CAARCH were engaged originally to assist with the change of use of an existing, heritage listed building to convert into shared office spaces. The original building is the historic Mudgee Club which operated as an exclusive gentleman’s club since its construction in 1906. The original building was designed by renowned Architect Harold Hardwick.

The proposed works created an open plan shared office space with additional enclosed offices located within existing rooms. The original layout and configuration of the building has been retained as well as original heritage features and colours. The proposed internal workspaces are designed to improve the acoustic quality of the internal spaces while also providing maximum privacy for each workspace. The curved workspace forms are a reference to the many internal, curved heritage details around windows and doors in the existing building.
