Gilay Estate // Quirindi, NSW

CAARCH were engaged to design a small , luxury tourism accommodation project for a beautiful rural property overlooking the Liverpool Plains near Quirindi in regional NSW. The building opened to the public in May 2024

The building is completely off grid comprising a 6.4kw solar array and 11.4kw of battery storage. The building also has rainwater storage, double glazed aluminium windows and doors and Shou Sugi Ban Jarrah Timber cladding
